Returns and refunds

Suvira accepts return requests for unused products within 30 days of delivery. Customers pay return shipping for change-of-mind returns.

How to request a return

Email suvirallc@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending an item back.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the return, we will confirm the refund outcome by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact suvirallc@gmail.com with your order number and details so we can help resolve the issue. The change-of-mind return-shipping rule does not determine your rights for faulty or incorrect goods.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
